We are  a  “ISO 9001 “ company in the field of timber preservation business since 1964  having invented the first wood preservation chemical in the country and since then catering this chemical in various formulations and also  the timber processing machineries to various Electricity Boards, Cooling Tower Industries, Forest departments, Builders, Promoters, etc.

Our Works is situated on a plot of land measuring around 45000 sq. feet with  all infrastructure facilities  in the heart of the Industrial Belt of  West Bengal. ARCH TIMBER PROTECTION., U.K,   the foreign Associates of ASCU  for the last 50 years are the leading timber preservers in the world .having its offices and associates located in most of the countries. ASCU  get the regular updates on timber technology from the collaborators which  gives the company a credible and undisputed status in the field of timber preservation. ASCU has a Govt recognized R&D Laboratory where research is conducted on a continual basis on various timber preservation projects. We are a listed company having about 4200 shareholders scattered all through the country.

Our field of activities are :

  • Manufacture of Wood Preservatives of various formulations meeting national and international codes.
  • Supply, Erection and Commissioning of timber preservation facilities comprising components of timber treatment plants and seasoning kilns with Hot Water Generator.
  • Service Center providing processing of timber for third parties on job work basis.
  • Providing technical consultancy services on timber technology.

The main objective of India Checons is to provide credit to middle income households to acquire new housing or to extend and improve their current housing. The Company provides home loans up to a maximum of 20 lakhs to low and middle income urban borrowers for a period of up to 20 years. These loans can be used by borrowers for purchase of apartments, construction of homes, home improvements and home extensions.

We believe that progressively larger numbers of first generation urban families will need access to housing credit. This credit will first be needed to extend and improve their current dwelling units as families grow. As incomes rise, the ability to service the credit to acquire higher quality new housing will also improve. AATP aspires to build a profitable and socially useful business by fulfilling the housing credit needs of these families. Our support will increase housing stock and improve health and education outcomes for these families.
